Default My S replacement

I ended up stumbling on a couple of similar steamin' deals on these. So I e-mailed the two sellers, and price war ensued. I wound up with this car and it is AMAZING. Took the train from Fullerton to San Diego this weekend to pick it up. 2 owners, dealer serviced, clean title, no accidents, 21k miles. I am sure it will hold its value (if not appreciate after the recession). It has the Touring Package and Starshield (no track pack). I got 31 mpg mixed driving -- one reason I like it a lot more than the S is that I can completely flog it and still get 25-27 mpg. It is also much more glued to the road. I like the lack of power steering. And it scoooots

You think it's going to appreciate? I rarely literally "lol" but that one defnitely got me.

It's beautiful either way and has to be a joy to drive.

He was probably referring to his insurance premium!

Beautiful car!!! How much did you pick it up for?

What cracks me up about this car is it makes you see how the S2000 really does have a lot of nice features in it. Everyone looks at the S2000 like it's this bare bones car. Once you sit in a Lotus you really understand what that statement means.

Very nice. Really like the color. How's the tranny in those?

good mpg and a car that corners flat.

Now that is a sports car for 2010+

We need more cars like these. NOT 500hp 4000 pound 14mpg cars brought back from the dead.

Don't know much about tranny, but the shifter in those are horrible.
The only thing I hate about the Elise/Exige.
