Pick this up on friday....
I traded my S for this and not regretting it. I needed a real car, I was driving my C32 way too much, that I can use every day. It has all the options but a NAV. Put a GIAC X-chip and dyno'ed 245awhp and 285Ft*lbs of torque on a mustang dyno, that's with everything else being stock. I handed a 4.6GT his ass but that's really nothing to brag about. The car rides very nice for having springs and shocks, and is very quiet. The seats are comfortable and the radio is better than any other BOSE radio I've ever heard. The power is great with lots-O-torque. No need to shift when passing traffic, but going from the crisp shifts of a s2000 and the rowboat rowing in the S4 will take time to get use to. I have a short-shifter kit in the trunk that will be installed soon. I am really quite surprised of how solid this car was built. Every S4 I've tested had atleast 17K miles on it, with most having 35-40K miles, and there are no creaking noises or steering wheel vibration. The materials are top notch and actually "feel" more expensive than my C32, however the C32 does have the cheapish looking aluminum sports dash that comes with base c230's. I have several things planned for the car. Wheels and exhaust are first on my list. The wheels are a pain to clean and the dyno chart shows top end power is extremely restricted or the turbos just aren't big enough. I miss my S, but my new S4 is already putting a smile on my face.

Beautiful car. I'd love to grab one (if I had cash) as a daily driver/ winter car.

Out of curiosity have the asking prices for the 2.7t S4's dropped with the pending arrival of the V8 S4, or are they still holding their value (attracting a specific client base)?
Cheers for your response and congrats on an awesome daily driver.
