Hey guys...i just bought my first brand new bike...a 2001 blue zx12r...dont go crazy i was having a 2000 r6 previously but found the bike too light and small...this bike i just plain crazy...in like1 kilometer i got almost to 300km/h...the road is new, so i know im dumb doing that because i dont know the bike...YOU dont know the felling of a bike pulling that hard...im 6'2" ans 220 pds and its THE ROCKET

Let me be the FIRST to congradulate you on your new bike!

I myself am a fan of Kawasaki's...I know many complain but I love 'em! I plan to be getting a ZX 12R soon. Great bike, I've test driven the new updated one...amazing ride! I know people are going to come here and B*tch you out for trying that. I wont, you have heard it all-personally I'm sick of it...I KNOW MY LESSON! So you know what 300KM/H is like? Maybe that will wet your mouth for a bit.

NOSMANIAC , thanks!!!I recommand you the bike...thats strange, the bikes handling is amazing, the power, unbelievable, and the comfort is non-comparison to those 600 and 1000 things...the fairing is pretty high so good wind protection for touring and the position dont put too much weight on your arms...my girl friend found its day and night compared to the R6...Get this thing; you wont regret it!!!Especially if you get the 2002 Gold and mat black look amazing!
