Every single car on that ad is "one at this offer" That is a very telling sign that this particular dealership is all about the bait and switch. Plan on paying a few grand more than $21.5 for the MS6 at that dealership if you actually plan on driving one off the lot.

Not all dealers do "bait and switch". Especially dealers the gets a lot of good return customers through friends and family.
I helped my mom got her Corolla few years back. The paper had 1 at this price. We found one with the color she liked, but it was a different Corolla with different options. The manager okay in working out the option differences with that one car's price in mine. Her Corolla only cost about 150 more than what the ad was.
Of course there are dirty dealers and good dealers. These 'one at this price' is usually used as a Marketing ploy to have you come in right now since they only have ONE.

on those ads they are usually required to tell you the model number or code, just match it up, and you will know if they are bs- ing. Good thing I didnt get one a month ago, i was going to lease it for 300 a month with 2500 down.... still an ok deal, but for 21k , hell ill buy one
PS: those prices wouldnt fly with any of the dealers around here in wisconsin.. my friend even works for mazda, and they dont move as much as those ads are saying.
