Absolutely correct.

If I've learned one thing about guys that ride like idiots on the streets, it is this:

They think they are fast, when in reality they are not. (the bike is, not them) Their stupidity takes precedence over their skill. Track skills are generally in inverse proportion to the bravado and perceived 'skill' shown on the street.
