Interesting choices, Saud... You'd place this car and the 'vette ahead of an E-type jag or a gull-wing SL? I'm also a sucker for Pininfarina designs.

This Bimmer is really nice, but I'm not sure it'd place in my top 10.

Anyone know how many were made? There's always the exclusivity factor to consider.

Now that is what I call a limited run. No wonder I've never seen one of these.

The 507 was a very impressive performer for its time. Production was 252.

Wow! 252? That must be worth soooo much money. Oh, and I agree with Chazmo. I think this, the E-type, and the gull-wing SL are the most beautiful cars of that era.

They had one at the Greenwich car show a couple of years back which they displayed with a Z8 which had just come out. I like the Z8 also but don't care for the gauges in the middle setup.

The gullwing SL IMO is an awesome automobile. I have seen one in person at an autoshow but never ridden in one. I saw a T.V. show were a restorer was showing a gullwing he had just restored and he took the reporter out for a ride in it. The sounds of the car are awesome. Very solid car.
