The 1956-58 BMW 507 convertible

Looks just like the Z8!

All I know is that it has a 3.2 Liter, 150 HP V8, and is worth a TON of money.

Just to get a perspective, $8900 in 1956 is roughly equal to $57,000 today.

And a 1956 Corvette with a 265 V8 and dual 4 barrels (225HP rating) weighing 2875 pounds would have cost you about $4000. It was the bang for the buck!

for a 40+ year old car, that performance must have been legendary for a production car.
