Sounds nothing like a lawnmower. What it does sound like is a boxer engine, because it is. I guess Porsches sound like lawn mowers to you too

I'd just like to state that unless you think you can get as good of a deal as people were getting in late 08, you can get a WRX for almost 10k less than an STI and stock for stock they have almost the same straight line potential.
With the left over 10K you can easily mod the suspension to out handle the STI and with a Cobb stage 2 you'll be you'll be killing it and lots of other fast cars too...
Just a thought.

I swear, I heard one flying down my street Sunday morning and thought someone was up early mowing their lawn.
