Making a Deal on a Lease?

Go to the forum @ www.leasecompare.com to learn more about leasing and how you calculate lease payment. Looking at Honda's lease terms:
1.) The money factor (interest) is really really attractive: .00035
2.) Dealer is basically giving you a $1,690 discount off MSRP.
3.) Lease Acq. fee is $595.
Let say you negotiate the car down to invoice, your monthly lease pymt for a 36 months/36,000 miles lease is around $364.37 with nothing down. Drive off at signing should only be 1st month pymt of $364,37 + tax, DMV title license Reg (should be no more than $300), Acq. fee of $595 (see if you can get them to waive this), and any dealer doc fee (probably 45 bucks).
Can't really compare to previous yrs' lease offer - MSRP is different. But it's a decent deal if you can get it @ invoice.

Other rates/tiers are available under this offer. $2,499.00 total due at lease signing (includes first month's payment, AHFC upfront acquisition fee and capitalized cost reduction with no security deposit. Total net capitalized cost and base monthly payment does not include tax, license, title, registration, documentation fees, options, insurance and the like). Not all buyers may qualify.
what does the bolded part mean? does this mean AHFC will provided $1555 (ie reducing the price $1555, or paying $1555 of the $2499 of the initial payment)?
