oh yeah! i just ordered a 02 M3 today for msrp. jet black, smgii, hk, and xenon. should be arriving in late may/early june. the process was long and really tiring since my dealer kept insisting on a premium. they finally relented.
My black/black E36M3 got so friggen hot in the Florida sun.

well, im in southern cali....hot during the daytime, but nice and cool in the evenings. anyway, i was thinking of getting alpine white but i think the colors too soft.

Just a thought... the HK sound system is horrible. If you're paying extra for it (I think they might be standad now... not sure), then I would opt out and go aftermarket. The HK sound system is very un-refined... has no distinctive mid-tones and the bass is extremely 'muddy'.

maybe the configuration has changed since '00.
interesting comment.....
btw, it's only a $700 or $800 option - pretty cheap for what you get.
