Elise sounds great to me. With the low weight and Cayman S power level, it'll be very quick without having to murder the drivetrain. It'll probably get decent gas mileage, too. Price is spot on for that level. It's something I could actually buy new and not kill myself for doing it. As long as it has the traditional steering response and feedback of a Lotus, it should be a killer sports car.

If these actually look like this, these could be some of the best looking cars on the market.
The elise is a little heavier than is ideal for a lotus, but still very low, and seems that it would be a blast to drive.
