Looking for a cheap RWD car
I'm looking to purchase a sporty rear-wheel drive car. I want to get some experience on these babies before heading onto the S2000 (and I can't afford it yet.)
My criteria, aside from the RWD aspect, is something that is a sport coupe and cheap (Around $5k). If the Integra GSR were RWD, I'd be all over that. That's something I'd like. A high revving car.
Any ideas? Please use the Integra GSR as a model for similar RWD cars. If you need me to paint a better picture, please list other criteria that should be met. Also, I don't really want a Mustang.
Thanks!

I want something reliable, too. I think a Miata would fit, sounds good, but I don't like the feminine stigma attached to the car.
An RX-7 would be sweet, but it's not reliable enough. I found this one in my area (it's the only one in 30 miles), but I don't know if I have the cash to take care of it. That is one nice car, though.
What about a Nissan 300ZX? Are those reliable?
Sorry for all the questions, just looking to make an informed decision.

fyi: anything in the $5K or below range will not be that reliable. if you want a reliable rwd car, you'll have to up your budget to at least $10K.

Well, by reliable, I mean something that'll just need normal care for 2 years or so until I can buy a new car. For example, nothing like an RX-7 that'll take lots of money to upkeep.
There aren't any manual 240SX in my area as of now, just auto trannys. Not my cup of tea.
I'm looking at a Porsche 944. Seems pretty good. I know Porsches are pretty reliable if taken care of.
