Huh? It's the same damn car, all the stampings are identical as near as I can tell. What are you comparing?
As the matter of fact, the differences of their looks is the main theme of this thread, isn't it?

Maybe you should.. I think you are comparing the Chinese Lacrosse to the US LaCrosse (as the original poster did) and they are different cars. The Chinese LaCrosse is exactly the US Lucerne, inside and out, except the US car has a better engine and more features.
I am not visually comparing the US Lacrosse to the Chinese one. I know the Chinese Lacrosse is not the US one. The exterior of the Lucerne looks nothing like that of the Chinese Lacrosse. The same goes for the interior.
They both look like Buicks. but between each other, they don't look like they came from the same company. The exterior panels are NOT identical.

Lexus front and fog lights, Lincoln LS grill and front bumper, Altima tail lights, Audi wheels, RL rear bumper, Toyota-ish interior..
Are you sure this car isnt made in Korea?

what they get:
what we get:
I think the people in US might acutally consider buying the car if it looks like the one in China.

The interiors look worlds apart to me - they aren't the same car stylistically.
The exterior has a slightly different grill, headlights, bumper, and different taillights, and the Americn version has "ventiports" on the front quarters. If that makes for "not even the same car," you people are incredibly superficial.

They both look like Buicks, but if I could drive an American-engined Lucerne that looked like the Chinese Lacrosse, I think Lexus would be short at least 10,000 buyers by now.
