Tell me what tthe GT-R does 0-60 and 1/4 mile sir? Please. Then get back with me.
Roughly 3.5 and 11.7, with the help of AWD. By 150, the LFA would leave it far behind. The LFA has not been independently tested yet. It should get slightly better 1/4mi time but with much higher trap speed. Like I've said, besides price, those cars don't beat the LFA in any aspects, much less ALL. What kind of aspects? Interior, exterior, fit and finish, steering feel, handling feel, engine sounds, etc. You're right, those cars beat the LFA in all of those aspects.

If price and speed are all that matter, then the Mustang GT > S2000 in ALL aspects.

For Jalopnik to be touting incredible in-house R&D, the motor, being one of the important pieces, being built by Yamaha, is pretty funny.
Yahmaha has always partnered with Toyota ever since the Celica. They build good motors.

Oh......so your claims arent even fact based? Imagine that!
Damn, you're thick! My claim has always been the same, in that those cars do NOT beat the LFA in ALL (<---main word) aspects. I bet the Z06 has a much better interior than the LFA too.

I thought they designed this for a 200k mile life, and if they use a safety factor of 2 it's most likely overengineered relative to those peers.

and it is a lexus, so i'd expect some sound deadening and the like, though that's not nearly 400 lbs.

i'd love one. pity i don't have 400k burning a hole in my pocket.
Exactly my thought on the subject.

Yeah just like your car magicly went from a 2005-2008. Nice claims. With a custom interior no less.

I doubt you even own a S2K.
2005? You're confused, Mr. Red.

I have pictures of my S (and ownership title).

"The Lexus LF-A is surrounded by fas less costly Ferrari's, Lambos, Chevy Corvette's, and.......wait for it........Nissan GT-R's. As a supercar it will need to swim like Michael Phelps to keep from drowning in a very deep pool. "

Little quote from Motor Trend.

MFR suggested 0-60 MPH 3.7 seconds. Hmmm......i do believe the GT-R beats that and is proven in ALL ASPECTS. Quote that if you want to quote something.
