It is a decent deal except for the mileage issue. 10K a year is a bit low for most people.

If you're leasing it through a business and can compensate for the loss, then maybe.

My thoughts are:

Any lease is a All the hidden fees (even the obvious ones) always come out to more than you expect... the dealer wins in the end.

Have you seen the Z4 in person? Its not for me.

That deal is for a stripped dpwn 2.5. Everything option, such as power top, increases the monthly.

It's a teaser, obviously. I bet only 1 out of 100 deals has someone actually walking out with $399 a month.

I'm not interested in the Z4. . .

Too high for a stripped car. Be better off getting a lease deal thru my local credit union.

The attractiveness of the deal depends a lot on the size of the residual.

It doesn't seem attractive at all when you read the fine print:
