Lambos...all show?

For my money, Lambos are WAAAAAAAAAY more exiting than Ferrari ever was/is. Sure, on a track, the Ferrari will pull away, but c'mon, if/when I own one of these, I will drive them around all the time, and it won't be on a track. I've extensively driven the F430, and recently for about 45 minutes, the LP640, and there is absolutely no comparison. For sheer excitement, and making you feel 6 years old, Porsche and Ferrari aren't even in Lambo's ballpark.

Indeed. Who wouldn't feel good getting out of a Murcielago at the club entrance on a Saturday night? Hm? That's what I thought.

I'd never drive a nice car to a club - but then again, I'm not a wannabe baller.

Those are scuderia rims!! you prolly couldn't afford those rims let alone afford to replace those with something "better"

This was a comment in another thread (Panamerica/Ring) but I felt it was more on topic here:
Me neither. I've seen just about every other make/model from Chevy, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, BMW, Porsche as well as quite a few Ferrari's, Lotus, Mini and some stray "one offs" like a Cobra Replica, an old Aston Martin, a Pantera, etc.
What does this mean? I have no analytics on deck. Maybe Lambo owners are doing private track rentals, maybe they're the folks that show up in the GT3RS as their "track car", maybe it's just completely random (it's not like I track more than 3-4 times a year). I can see maybe Roebling not being a big draw (thought I've seen F-cars and FGT's there), but I'm also including other tracks in the SE like Sebring, Moroso, even Road ATL and CMP.
They definitely have ~go~, but I think the draw is more about the~ show~ (per my previous comment).
