I've given enough in the past nearly 2 decades. I'm NOT Mother Teresa or Dalai Lama, but I do what I can. Most people can't say the same.

I'm sure even Batman would say woah.
I love Lambo for doing what they do, it's sooo over the top but it wouldn't be a lambo if it wasn't.

Actually, it's more like $1.4M: http://biz.yahoo.com/rb/070912/autoshow_la...?.v=1&.pf=loans

I think I'd take the Veyron for that cash, or 2-3 of the other cars.

this morning, my cardiothoracic surgeon colleague was telling the story of how his son is jealous b/c his private school classmate (son of a dotcom exec) is being chauffeured to school in a Bentley.
truly wealthy folks don't worry about dropping a million here or there.
It's funny how doctors are just the working class. I knew a CT surgeon, who was married to a Radiologist, who carpooled with the Speilbergs (yes those Speilbergs). They felt so poor compared to their carpool buddies.

doctors are "wealthy" only in a small town in Idaho or Kansas. In San Francisco Bay Area or Los Angeles, doctors are people who make median income.

Gimme a break. Making comparisons to the Speilbergs is reasonable. It's like a lawyer buddy of mine whining about how he'll likely top out at only $750K per year and that he'll never be "rich," unlike some of his clients who take private jets to Europe on a regular basis. Professionals are only ever going to make so much money when the only thing they have to sell is their time. That's life/economics. I'm sure there are more than enough comfortable doctors (and lawyers) out there.
