Both have that "boxer" sound. I would get it if you have another car to drive.

05 4S is a 996.

06 is first year for the 997 4S.

I'd advise going with the Porsche. I spent enough money on Japanese toy cars and currently only like the Miata.

I suppose its a good thing you're looking at a C4S in Toronto - but I just don't get the appeal of having an AWD base/S Carrera in climates like Florida or California. Unneccessary weight IMO. Why the Turbo body isn't offered on the C2S is beyond me...
