Unfortunately, this model is showing the cost saving measurement, which the design is made due to market interests, instead of car building efforts.

Somewhere along the door lines, the original Corolla frame is shown.

that i agree with! you can clearly see they didn't want to spend the money to stamp an agressive sheetmetal to the car.

I think the SC430 is a good looking car, although feminine for sure. If you've never driven it, it's extremely solid/stable/quiet.

I have driven one. It was one of the best cruisers I've ever driven and ridden in.

Cmon man, a hardtop S2000 will not look like an IS-C. A factory coupe S2000 would probably most likely resemble a Spoon hardtopped S2000. Just look at the S600 hardtops for historical example. It has a sloping hatchback look.

does the spoon hardtop fold away into the boot of the S? last i checked it didn't.

why is everyone so hung up if it looks like the S in certain angles? does it mean the S is ugly too? jeez, are we back in high school...

Oh, you guys are talking about a retractable hardtop S2000. Nevermind then, retractable hardtops don't interest me.
