Default insurance fun... the one beauty of central PA...

i have a 2008 trailblazer ss and a 1989 crx si with full coverage on both..... guess how much they cost for my insurance???

$311 and $235 (including a $19 surchrage for high horsepower... :WTF:...) annually.......

pays to be a 39 year old cracka who doesn't get caught speeding too often....

Well with what medical coverage and what deductibles? If you go for the absolute legal minimum, of course it's cheap.

300k/300k bodily

100k property

comprehensive deductible $100
collision deductible $1k (that is the only goofy thing about my policy).

why even bother to get collision on the crx? if you wreck it, will you really fix it? I'm assuming anything < $1500 and you'd just pay out of pocket... and the crx can't be valued much higher than that, can it?

Dang, crazy cheap. Might as well get a quote for for a lower coll deductible (would def help out the crx cuz if you get into an accident, the majority of the payment will be the deduct, sorta defeats the purpose).

I pay 200/year for my scooter. I opted for comprehensive since I live in a city and they get swiped often. Otherwise it would be about 70/year.
