Infiniti G35 or Honda S2000

I really like the G35 coupe. However from what I read, it's rear seats are tight. Like no adults tight. I don't know if that's true.
As far as power/price it looks like the G35 coupe is the bomb, however I'd still spend the extra money and get the 330Ci with performance pac (if it's possible). Even tho it's in its last year the 330 is still the best all around car (IMO).

wtf? whats up with the wiggers these days?
now back to your question, you can't really compare the cars. the s2000 is a raw sportscar, the 35 is a cruiser. You will have more fun in the s2000. The 35 will be more practical. Take your pick, but its hard to truly compare the two vehicles.

i was in the same boat you're in. i was looking at both(inc. the STi, Evo, Legacy GT, 350Z, TL) but couldn't go against the S2K. you'll be LUCKY to find a brand new G35c 6sp. for that price...i've seen em going for $36K+, so it's a pretty big difference from the S2K price. hell, i've seen USED G35c 6sp. going for $32K!!! that car does not depreciate at all. now, the reason why i didn't get the G35c...it reminds me of an older person's car. every time i see 1, i just can't picture myself in it. you're only 22...get a nice sporty car. another reason i didn't go with the G35 is I see them all over the place. reminds me of the Camry or Accord!! i loved them when they 1st came out, but now they're nothing to me when i see them. don't get me wrong, they're nice cars, but they just don't make me go "damn, i want that car" anymore. the S2K on the other hand is A LOT more rare. not only is it a TRUE sports car, but having the option to go from convertible to hardtop really turned me onto it. after taking an '04 out for a test drive, i knew it was the car for me. once you sit in the 'cockpit', there's nothing like it. looking at the race-inspired gauge cluster and hearing that exhaust like it was in the car, i was in heaven. needless to say, i'm picking up my '05 next week and i can't wait! whatever car you go with, good luck with it. they're both great cars, but you have to get that feeling inside of you when you look at it, like "thats THE car I want", otherwise you'll regret it. they're not cheap, so really think about this.

Very good points guys, I'm glad that you guys are giving me some pointers and advice.
After reading what you guys wrote, I think I'm going to stick with the S and get a hardtop. I'm not super rich but I'll be financial stable I'll be going to school off of my Montgomery G. I. Bill and I'll be getting disabled veterans pay of $700 a month until the day I die. Eventually, I'll just get a used Tacoma later on to tow the S to the track. Hopefully, I'll get a chance to jump on business opportunity with a close friend of mine. Real Estate + Stock Market = $$$
As stated before, I agree with Fizz-AP1, I'm starting to see them all over the place and most of the time the drivers are in their early 40's to late 50's. Well, I want to thank you guys for your help. I am once again at peace with this dilemma.

I've sat in the back seat of a G35C, and it's not that bad (5'9, 155lbs.)
and with the bump in horsepower, that'll make it more of a Sporty GT, and of course, that amasing exhaust note, I love it!
and of course, the S2k is an S2K!, there are no substitutes for this thing...they are both great....
you're young....young as hell....enjoy yourself........S2K! S2K! S2K!

I too see a whole lot of G35 coupes around. Most are driven by older folks. Nothing wrong with that, but that just doesn't say 'fun' to me. Get the S while you're young, no family, etc. Enjoy it, then get the 'older' car when you need it.
