Let's see.... Do I want a 2 door luxury sports coupe or a roadster???? I think I'll vote for #2. These are really good choices because they're two totally different cars. One would be for a family type person with decent cargo spade. The other, a totally fun true sportscar.

G35C is great, but very different. A test drive in one confirmed that I don't want to trade my S2000 for one. It would be nicer as a daily driver, and is more comfortable, but isn't comparable on the fun factor. YMMV...

5 months ago I was pondering the purchase of a 2nd S2000. I was choosing between the Infiniti G35C, BMW 330Ci, Honda S2000, Subaru Impreza WRX, Audi A4, and a few others. In the end, it came down to G35C, S2000, or 325Ci. 330Ci was way too pricey to get all the options I wanted. 325Ci was ok pricewise, but the engine was weak. The G35C is a nice car, but it's trunk space isn't much better, and the interior and everything about the car didn't feel like the luxury I wanted after I sat in a BMW.
I tied the knot with Ariel on January 16th, and I've never looked at a G35C and regretted getting the S, ever. The G35C definately had things about it that I liked. The power is there, the comfort is there, the big rims are already there, and a lot of the options I wanted came standard in the 6 Speed (HID, Brembo brakes, big rims, etc). If you want a luxury coupe, that's quite a good deal. Of course if I really wanted a luxury coupe, I think I would have saved for a 330Ci. BMW warranty is nice.
S2000 is a great choice. You definately will not be disappointed, and neither will the people who see your car as you cruise by.
