Don't buy a car now!! Save your money so that you can blow it later at the craps table.
But if you must get a ride, I would suggest a '92 Lincoln Continental with a canvas top and a broken rear air suspension system.

Clean on the outside cream on the inside, just make sure the the rims match the paint.
