if you make $6000 per month after taxes..

I hate discussions of salary and what you can buy. Its how you spend or invest your money.
Someone making 6 figures that eats out at expensive restraunts and wears retail priced clothing "makes" the same income as a $50k a year person that cooks at home and wears the same outfits for a few years. Its all relative.
To the OP...I'd buy any used car under $30k. There are a lot of options.

i second the srt 8 cherokee.. and you dont actually have 6k figure all your expenses and personal fun money then add a$500 cushion to that for emergencys whats left is what you can spend on a car note

oh and then factor in your insurance and how much to put aside for maintetance and repairs if needed...so basically it seems at even 6k a month you can only get a kia or a hyundai haha nice try though

[QUOTE=PedalFaster,Dec 4 2009, 10:32 AM] I chuckle at the occasional comment on this thread that people who make $100k net / $70k gross are "rich" -- trust me, they're a long way from rich.

It helps if you're a superiorly intelligent and arrogant bastard like me but I've seen even those I'd characterize as common folk accomplish this as well
