Talking If the S2000 didn't exist, what car would you get?
I think I'd get either an older NSX or a 3000GT.

Well, when I was looking around at sports cars before I found the S, here are some of the cars I considered in a similar price range:

300zx twin turbo
E30/E36 M3
SR20'd 240sx/Silvia
MR2 turbo
boosted miata
GC Impreza with STI swap

If I had more money:

NSX
Elise/Exige
Ariel Atom

I was looking at the Z4 (2.5) but after driving both I knew I had to have the S2000.

At the time I was looking I would have gotten a tt convertible (2001).

sti or evo..... i was actually thinkin about these two cars when i was in the market for a s2k.....lets just say no regrets whatsoever.

this is going to sounds really typical but i would've gone for an EVO MR or Sti.

In the same price range, probably 350Z or RX-8.
