extremely good videography production. not sure how they got him so well exposed actually... since it seems like there was no light source close to him....to be honest not sure how they even shot him... with a telephoto from a moving crane?

Has he tried that with the trucks going forward? How about when the sun was rising instead of setting? I think it would be more epic if one truck was a Lada and one was a Daiwoo, with a Peterbilt in the background and a Volvo waiting to take over if one leg failed.
I'm more impressed by the truck drivers than the guy perched on the mirrors, but perhaps that's the point of the exercise somehow.
