didn't they learn from their mistakes with the old 7 series, and the current 5GT?

it's simple. ugly cars do not sell. why do they make these stupid design mistakes with their great engineering?

Those are some pretty bad shots of the car.

I'd rather have the 3-door 1 series, and at least the saggy belly is gone.
