this is a western union scam
the seller is from europe and forgot to convert the price he had in his mind into US$
the seller didn't bother to reread his listing and put an incorrect price on it.

Its a scam. If you look around youll probably see the same exact car being sold from a different country.
It's done often. To my knowledge there is currently some guy trying to sell a Nissan Skyline R34 for about 6,000 USD, and someone with a black clean mid/late 90's supra as well.
If you look around for the same cars, they can be found on several different car auction sites but hosted in many different countries. Czechozlovakia (sp?), Australia, and Denmark are a few I know off the top of my head.
They all say "send the money first."
