I thought lemon law is same problem at least three times within 1 year time period not first 12 month of purchase. if i were you i would pursue towards lemon law. you wont lose anything right? just act fast before warranty goes bye bye.

But you live and you learn.
1) Never buy a car that's sitting on the show room floor without a test drive of THAT car.
2) The Lemon Law in GA expires 12 months after the date of the purchase.
3) Never buy a new car again because you end up paying too much for the car.

i own a 2004 tl 6 speed nav with 50,000 on it, never any vibration, so the only real difference between out cars is perhaps the color, mine is blue and the aspec suspension, probably put on by dealer. i would start there...done improperly the suspension can loosen up, components can travel too far or not enough, thus the vibration of the whole car.
