I am having problems deciding on a car to buy
I would like to find an all season luxury/sporty car. Xenon lights are a must. Warranty would be good.
On my list I have
1)'01 Audi S4
2) BMW 330Ci
anyone help me to add on to this list please.

what year of 330ci???
even if it is a still a new model
i would defy go with the S4!!!!
i have drive both of cars practically longer time on 330ci since my uncle let me take it out for like 2 hours
330ci is a nice car feels really heavy( very stable feeling), quiet and lot of torque
330ci is gonna be good if u r lookin for something to drive long distance and more for comfort ride.......
when i drove S4 i was so impressed about its power. handles really good considering it is quiet heavy
overall S4 is more fun to drive and it is faster!

of those 2 I'd mabye say S4. only b/c you emphasise all season. Therefore I think you mean snow. AWD may be a bit better.
However I don't know what your price limit is. You can get a Legacy 2.5L turbo 5-speed MT that (stock v stock) will perform just as well as both. Have better warranty b/c it's new.
TSX also some people might take over used "luxury" car.
Just my 2c.

unless you're gonna mod your s4, i would get a 2002+ a4 3.0 quattro. for around the same price, the a4 3.0 quattro offers nicer styling, nicer ride, and a torquey 3.0 v6 without the turbo lag.
oh yeah, there's been a couple of extensive thread on 00-01 s4 a couple of months ago, and the general consensus is that they are notorious for problems.

BMW and Audi too expensive to maintain. Read this and you will know the real contender in the 30 grand range. http://www.caranddriver.com/article.asp?se...0&page_number=1

Contrary to the comment above, BMW's and Audi's are not any more expensive to maintain (this seems to be a common myth perpetuated on the Internet through ignorance). Things will go wrong with any car and parts are about the same. Regardless the cars you are looking at should be under warranty, either original or certified used from a dealer.
I'm not a fan of the S4. When you boil it all down the car is a heavy pig with the worlds worst shifter and a tendency to have turbo bypass issues.
The BMW you mention is more of a drivers car. You could throw the AWD 330 into the mix as well.
The G35 mentioned above is a contender as well, albeit with a cheaper feel to it.
