Interesting. The production version looks like it won't have nearly as much of the aggressive styling as the concept. Kind of the opposite of the CRZ, which seems to look sporty but not really be as fast as it looks.

I like how no one has driven either car but proponents of both are claiming absolute "victory" over the other.

If this thing replaces the accent, itll do well. Believe it or not, hyundai sells accents fairly well. After cross shopping the accent to the yaris, my gf preferred the accent which I found to be odd. We ended up buying neither of course because we came to our senses, but still. And now you have something thats actually somewhat presentable with an engine option that'll get the right people excited, you got the makings of something good.
Of course, weight and cost will be a huuuuuge deciding factor.

I'm very much blown away by this car and can't wait to see it come to life
It should be interesting to see how much Hyundai can preserve in the production car what we see in the concept
The big news now of course is the "unique" door arrangement, think Saturn coupe, driver's door is long and the only one on that side, the passenger's door is short like a 4-door would be and then there is a rearward swinging back door for the back set. Notice the differance in the two sides
And for all those who don't like, that's fine, you are for sure entitled to your opinion, as am I, and I'm loving this thing!
Hyundai at least has the balls to take some risk. Honda nowadays has lost all their passion and are doing nothing more than playing safe, and because of that, I forsee very bad and low sales volume for the CR-Z.
