how much would you pay for this usa legal nissan skyline?

1997 Skyline GTR w/ 28k miles on it (not sure about this...that is the number on the odometer...wouldn't it originally have had a KM odometer?).
It is fun to have cars that others don't but not for $55k for this car... I would pay $15k (edit) for it.

I understand that it a "rare" car, but being only a R33, I probably wouldn't even consider it. I would take a new M3 over that car in a heartbeat. I would maybe pay ~$25k.

YOu know what sucks.. A new Twin Turbo AWD skyline is only 28k in Japan. My friend is stationed in Okanawai and bought a 93 skyline R33 for 3grand.
If that was a brand new skyline, 55 would be an average deal. I wouldnt pay close to that for a 97.

I was looking at one in Japan last month.. they aren't that expensive in Japan.. it sucks that they are soo expensive to get them here. If it weren't so damn expensive, I think we would see alot more of them imported here to the states
