1997 Skyline GTR w/ 28k miles on it (not sure about this...that is the number on the odometer...wouldn't it originally have had a KM odometer?).

It is fun to have cars that others don't but not for $55k for this car... I would pay $15k (edit) for it.

I understand that it a "rare" car, but being only a R33, I probably wouldn't even consider it. I would take a new M3 over that car in a heartbeat. I would maybe pay ~$25k.

YOu know what sucks.. A new Twin Turbo AWD skyline is only 28k in Japan. My friend is stationed in Okanawai and bought a 93 skyline R33 for 3grand.

If that was a brand new skyline, 55 would be an average deal. I wouldnt pay close to that for a 97.

I would pay $ 55K if it were a brand new R34 with all the goodies....*drool*

I would pay probably about $ 15-19K for that R33 though...

I think skylines are pretty ugly. You would figure a car with as much performance as that would at least have a curvy aerodynamic body.

I was looking at one in Japan last month.. they aren't that expensive in Japan.. it sucks that they are soo expensive to get them here. If it weren't so damn expensive, I think we would see alot more of them imported here to the states
