How does 7:19.xx sound for the new ZR1 ring time?
So, much for the competition at this point. GT2 RS time is bogus as it was time stitched (best sector time added together). Also, no independent witness and no video. No other production street car has gone this fast to date.

Also, please note this is with Jim Mero driving. He is an AWESOME driver, but he is not Jan Magnusson. If Magnusson gets a clean lap, the time will be even better.
Gotta love the new tires for the ZR1. My first set is about gone with 4 track days and around town driving, so I can't wait to try out these new tires.

The GT2's engine is in the rear, whereas a ZR1 is a mid-engined car, thus giving it an extreme advantage.

Wow - sustained 1.3g in the corners with peaks of 1.7g on flat corners and over 2.0g in the banking. Insane!
