Yeah I read about this NSX in a magazine. The engine remains untouched but there are adjusments to the suspension and the body kit is carbon fiber. I doubt that honda will sell a car stock that's turbocharged because they believe in their own technology. The NSX is already fast with a 0-60 in 4.5-4.8 seconds. Now with a carbon fiber body kit, I cant imagine how fast it will go.
with 500,000 i rather buy Carrera GT or something along that line.

definitively slower than a C6Z06 with a bad driver.

I got the brochure to the NSX-R GT (and NSX and NSX R for that matter). List price on one of these babies is 50,000,000 yen. You can even get the engine snorkel which they call a "garnish" cause it doesn't look like it does anything.
Anyway, the rest is in japanese, so I'm kinda outa luck. Looks like 304 ps and 206 KW of torque.....

I agree with you on the fact that 500,000 dollar NSX isn't worth it. But the 90K is worth it. The body is made out of aluminum, hand put together, it's a luxury car, and it's an exotic car. I hate when people compare them to supra's, vipers, vette's, evo's, and sti's when they are on the line with ferrari's and lambo's. The handling is superior and the engine will last you forever!
with that kind of money...ie 89k...i would pay just little more and get me GT3.

The NSX was built to have an all around great performance. You're comparing a v6 290 hp to a vette's v8 engine which probably makes over 400 horses. Of course there is a big power difference but both corvette and NSX 0-60 times are in the 4 second margin. But the NSX was built in 1990 and back then, that was one of the fastest cars. Not only is it still fast, but the handling is superior over the corvette. Before you bash on a NSX, ride inside one.
if it was 60k? yes, that is more of right price IMO.
