Honda S660

I'm sure we'll have to wait a decade, see some test mules, see a commercial for it in the superbowl, then wait some more, and more, and more...

It looks like a CR-Z with the roof chopped off of it, and they are putting a lawn mower engine into that thing , as small as 660 cc's

I actually like the looks. but it needs to have 3 pedals, no EV drive train or hybrid drive train, and if its 2000 lbs, the civic Si engine(K24). With 10hp/lb that this would go like a scalded cat.
of course, my dreams and honda's long ago diverged after the s2000 was killed off.

No way Honda is a making a raw straightforward like the S2000 again.
If only Alfa Romeo could pen the design and Honda build it; would be a perfect car.

A person on TOV who has been talking about this car as a potential, prior to this release, has also stated there are three tiers of sportscars Honda is thinking of. This is the lowest tier. The highest tier is the new NSX we've heard about. In the middle is the potential for a 280 hp I4 turbo plus 60-80 kW hybrid (360 to 387 hp combined) RWD vehicle at 50% the cost of the new NSX.

I'd love a 360 hp RWD Honda sportscar.

And Honda should have a 1-800 number if dealers are adding more then a $2000 markup on new models. I was looking at a new 2007 Si, not even a 2006, back then, and the dealer had a $5000k markup. Some buyers will pass, costing Honda sales.
U already know this thing is gonna have at least a $3k markup if its any good.
