Does anyone else think it looks like a hearse?
How could the designers not see its visual resemblence to a hearse?! That in itself is a kiss of death. This quite possibly is the worst car design of all time. There have been uglier cars but at least they don't convey death. :shakeshead:

I happen to love the look of the CR-Z
Unfortunately that love dies as soon as I open the hood and see the lack of power plant they gave it

Every indication is that this minivan will blow everything else away in terms of powertrain, fit and finish, features, and even fuel economy. The fact that you don't like how it looks is pretty irrelevant.
Show me an ATTRACTIVE minivan. You can't because they don't exist. Some are quirky, some are bland, and others are somewhat weird but none are truly attractive vehicles. THey're attractive when you have three or four kids, an active lifestyle, and more on your mind that swoops and curves and how quickly you can go around a corner (which, coincidentally, this van will also do better than any other in North America)...

[QUOTE=PsychoBen,Oct 1 2010, 02:22 PM] I can tell you right now Chinese people won't even want to sit in one or allow their friend/family's Odyssey to park on their driveway, much less owning one themselves.

No one's questioning the functionality, performance or any other trait of this new Odyssey. All we are saying is it's ugly. Oh, and we had 04 Odyssey, I know how great they are, but they don't need to be ugly.

That's an attractive vehicle? You're joking, right? It's a minivan: it's blocky, big, fairly straight-edged, and has dinky wheels and tires, a tall stance and no sporting intentions at all. It has no elegence, no swoops or curves and no intentions as a beauty queen. It's a work horse, plain and simple.
