I know a lot of people criticize Honda for their "boring" styling, but I for one have always admired the gradual changes. I always look forward to seeing the next gen of all their cars ... like some things, don't like some - but the styles never change so much that the old ones look super dated. I still think the early model Hondas look cool! Just by looking at the Accord lineage, it reminds me of how the Civics and Preludes looked in those years.

Oh, oh, oh, this was my first Honda.
It was an '81 and it was like Monte Carlo Blue. I traded it in with 173,000 miles for my 1st CRX-Si, I have been a Honda fan ever since. I loved that car. No performance tweaks back then, but lots of graphic treatments, think detailing in black. The car was so cool. My friends called it the Lambo.
Thanks Airgate!

Does anyone remember the "pregnant roller skate"? It was before the first Civic or Accord cars came out. I think it was a 3-cyl. engine, the wheels were like 8" wheels. That's what we need a picture of!
