My folks got there Pilot last year for I think 31k with 3.9%. Although this was for a EX-Leather and with Navi. The thing is pretty nice to drive. Gotta love it.

$31K for EX-L with Navi is a very decent price, though I think you could be mistaken; could be slightly more. I'm getting one for hauling stuff, people, and not for driving. I have other driving cars.
