I respectfully disagree.
I think the headlights are weird and the tail is simply all wrong.
IMO, the current 5 (long in the tooth though it may be) is still one of the better looking sedans on the road. This is not a step forward.
Somebody has to take Mangle, er... Bangle out back and put a 40 S&W in his skull before he ruins the entire line of cars.

I think it is awesome and look forward to shopping the M5 version. All of the Bangle cars are really gorwing on me. The 5 series is the sweetest though..really great style....not boring 3 box been there done that but sporty, masculine and unique.

I hope the M5 will have dual or quad exhaust though. I think a lot of present BMW owners are upset that the new awesome and radically different style of the cars will make the one's they now own look old and dated....very very conservative 3 box old folks cars. The new designs are awesome and will put BMW in front ahead of Audi as the style innovator
