Doesn't seem much different that pulling, say, a Superman on a motorcycle at the X-Games. It never sounds like a good idea but someone had fun doing it. People can be as dumb as they want to be.

same thing can be said for mountain climbing and all those other extreme sports. you gotta be smart about it to be safe. its just the there more "stupid" people doing ghost riding.

Whaaat? Ghost riding is nothing like doing the superman on a dirt bike. The superman is considered a trick that takes practice and a lot of balls. The only way to judge the quality of ghost riding is to see who can dance the best. I can say a professional dancer dancing on a moving car in the middle of the street will still look like an ass. I really hope this fad goes away soon.
