Your list of priorities make the choice easy.
1. Resale: TSX>Legacy GT= Audi.
2. Dealer service: ???- all depends on which dealer you see. Pure speculation: Acura=Audi>Subaru's Minis: too new
I would go with TSX>G35>Legacy GT. The Audi has a sweet interior, but its way to heavy for the 1.8T. The RX-8 - no need, you already have a sportscar/sedan.
good luck

What about the TL? You could get a slightly used or even new, for a little over 30K. When I was looking for my new DD, I was looking at that, very nice style, plus you can get one with 270 HP. But take my advice, The first number to look at on a DD is the torque rating. I will tell you, go for a car with good torque. But if you say you need a sedan, go for the G35, for value, you get the most car for your money, I just don't like the sedan versions styling

Well....Ive driven most of the cars people suggest.....
Subaru (although not the new one)
BMW
TSX
Saab Aero (9-3)
Without question, the TSX is MUCH better than all of them.
Fit and finish on the TSX in really impressive
Its faster than the other cars
Much easier to drive (its a honda afterall)
Looks good
Great service.
There really is no better thing on any other car to not get the TSX.
The BMW is SLOW!.....it is barebones....vynil seats, etc (for TSX money I mean)
TSX with Navi and 6 speed is really a beautiful car. Go drive one yourself.

BTW, I'd probably ended up with a Subaru Legacy GT. I found one for less than $25K, and the car is pretty amazing. (very similar feel to an Audi A4, but with much more power)

the TSX has some potential. It's head has VTEC on both sides, like the RSX-S. The K24s in the CRV/Element/Accord are intake only VTEC.
if RSX-S's get good bolt on gains, the TSX should, too. There's a rumor of a 220-240HP TSX-S coming soon.

Since you alreday have an S for a sports car. I'm assuming you are looking for a passenger car, or SUV.
If you are planning to spend $30,000 or less. I would recommend the following used cars.
Benz E-Class
Lexus GS
Infinity G35
BMW 3-Series
