No offense, and by now you probably realize this, but you acted like a complete idiot.

She "refused" to give you her insurance information? So you think later she'll comply? Were you high/drunk when this occured?

The very LEAST you do is take pictures of the accident with her car and PLATE in the pictures, get her to sign a make-shift document she was involved, and get all her personal info. and CHECK to make sure the phone is the right #. That's the MINIMUM. You SHOULD have called the cops in a heart beat and said if she left you had her plate and hit and runs are punishable as felonies.

Now your brand new 13k bike + whatever loan you probably have on it is gone 2-3 grand easy, the value of your bike is down a grand permanently since it's been wrecked, and your insurance is going to be artificially high for the next 3 years. Overall, being a stage III pussy cost you an easy 6-8 grand over the next few years.

Give it a rest, dude. The incident is over. The OP is moving on. They never made contact so charging the other person with "hit and run" is silly.
