my friend just told me that hayabusa's go 200 mph (top speed).

That was a R1 in the movie, the Busa doens't have a LCD speedometer. If you look closely, he was right at redline when he hit 180mph. R1's stock top speed is somewhere around there, give or take a few mph, the bike didn't have much left. The Busa tops out at about 202mph bone stock, which makes it the first and the only street bike that broke into the 200+mph zone.
