I've been over 150 mph in my Mustang, never tried to see what the top end was, though. I have no problems believing an S2000 could get over 150 on a good night (especially if modded), but I have a hard time believing a WRX could go much over 140 stock. Maybe possible, since the turbo makes significantly more power as RPMs climb, that's one reason Supras are such top-end monsters. Just don't think the aero and HP/TQ of a WRX would allow that kind of speed coupled with AWD. FWD/RWD, maybe, but AWD, I don't believe so.
