Bugatti Veyron runs away with that title.
Some reasons:
1. The turn signal / wiper controls alone cost $4400.
2. Four Turbochargers and 1001bhp
3. In head to head the Bugatti will hit 200mph before the McLaren even if the F1 gets a 120mph head start.
4. Drips style.
5. Built as a design challenge, sold at a loss.

6. Would get owned by many of the above mentioned car's for performance of Handling/ Braking and overall track behavior and performance.
My list would go like
1. Ferrari FXX
2. Pagani Zonda F
3. Mclaren F1 LM
