I saw a black SSR tonight. I gawked. I also saw a Silverstone S. I admired.

Sliding off topic, but a Prowler with the 6.1 Hemi would have been sweet. I'd have considered that deal.

That sounds like a deal I saw for the 350z's when they came out--A dealership in raleigh had them listed at like 23,500k. But reading the fine print it was for only one of them on the lot. Nevertheless I went to the dealership on a Sunday afternoon to check out the reduced car. First it was Orange. Second it had 3 or 4 scratches on the hood that were about 3' long each. I was like F that--I'm not buying some messed up car. So I guess the point of the story is read the fine print, which someone mentioned earlier in the thread.

Also, as to the Camaro comments, didnt I read that GM decided to scrap it because they're hurting financially. I believe I read that in either R&T or MT.

Unless I am mistaken, which is possible, GM has a contract with the UAW that says that Camaros and Firebirds can only be produced at one or two particular locations, both of which are shuttered. Can't remember where it is, think I read it in teh Economist or something a while back, they love to beat on the US auto industry.

I would expect to see the return of those cars when the contract expires, or when GM files Chapter 15 and chooses to reject that portion of that contract.
