What will the MSRP be?

It looks a little Aston Martin DB9 from certain angles:
Exhibit A1, A2)
I'm uncertain of its looks yet. I think I can like it. It's going to be a cheap man's sports coupe. I think with some tuning it will be a very nice ride, but that remains to be seen.
Still, Hyundai continues to churn out relatively desirable products, while quite frankly, Honda (and Acura) products aren't doing a thing for me.

i do believe the new Evo weighs in at over 3300+ pounds...as well as the STi. the new 370Z is over 3200 pounds.
cudos to them for making a sporty RWD coupe!! if i was in the market for such a car i would be taking a hard look at this Hyundai.
i read awhile back ago in one of my car mags that Toyota was looking to bring back a "cheap" RWD coupe...i bet those plans have been canceled now though.
can't think of any other cars in this price range that offer such a fun factor.
Hyundai and Nissan are now the only asian manufactures that offer any kind of RWD sport coupes.
for the last 5 years i've been saying that Hyundai will be the new honda...honestly it seems to be happening more and more.

i know it may be unrealistic at this time but..
i think hyundai should look into participating in some level of FIA sponsored racing
i think they did rally for a little while with an accent, but that doesn't count
i think if they build up a racing pedigree, it will give legitimacy to their performance cars

The only bad thing about having a low priced performance car is that they'll fall into the hands of the younger/reckless ricer crowd. This car will be ruined in my mind if the SRT-4 crowd picks it up.
Other than that, Hyundai deserves a lot of credit for moving into sporty territory as other big manufacturers pull out. I hope this move pays off so that others might try to follow.
