Oh, one more interesting spec, given that we are trying to compare relative strengths to each other:

Fit Cargo space with the seats up: 21.3 cu-ft
Corvette Coupe Cargo Space: 22.4 cu-ft

Don't forget that in addition to the short wheelbase, Fit slalom times benefit from it being narrow. Take two otherwise identical cars, widen one 6", and the narrow car will get a better time from having to turn less around each cone...but the wider car may handle better in the real world.

Just fail, EPIC FAIL! You are suppose to know more than most people in here. You just prove that just because one have a degrees in certain area that doesn't make him or her more knowledgeable than everyone else. AutoX is different than street, and don't forget about the driver. A professional driver can make a regular car blazing fast especially with the right road and vi-versa.

Cone dodging (Auto-X) often involves making your car do unnatural things (like pivot 180 deg. that you'd never do on the street or track.

I dont want to start a forum war and such, I still have to live over there now to

I will admit that I bought the Fit knowing it was one of the most rock bottom cars made. The best in its class sure, but its still a sub compact utra low end car. I have been amazed how elite owners think the Fit is. I just don
