calibers are low end cars, and they suck in general lol.but i disagree on the statements about the minivans... in terms of its class those vans are superior in alot of ways to its competition... this is an S2000 enthusiast site so who here is going to like how they are styled... probobly no one lol... but to a soccer mom, the new T/C is a very nice looking vehicle.

of course your enterprise rental charger and caliber are going to suck because they are beat to shit cars that are stripped down and are never taken in for comfort repairs such as rattles and bump noises...so they probobly sound and ride like shit too.
Please don't make excuses. Dodge and Chrysler have been sucking horribly. The T/C used to be an excellent minivan, the current one looks like a brick. It's been mistake after mistake. While both GM and (particularly) Ford have been making huge strides, Chrysler seems to be choosing the worst options.

They're gonna sell the F out of the Fiat 500 (or whatever they'll call it) here.

The 300 was a great car, but its dated now, and when you price from $22k, its hard to take the car upmarket.
The 300 and the Crossfire were built on older Mercedes platforms. They haven't changed anything since the late 1990s in terms of bringing anything new to the table. It reminds me of those old slot cars. You just put on new skins and make it look like a new car... when really it's the same old thing underneath.

The 300 wasn't based on an old MB chassis. It was originally based on who knows what as it was under development before MB entered the picture. MB forced Chrysler to redesign the car to use MB suspension, final drive and probably steering gear. The 300 is not simply a reskinned E class (for better and worse).

what makes me laugh are people getting excited about Fiats and Alfas coming here..

Do any of you remember when they were here?? They are horrible products and hugely unreliable.. and for your information, that hasn't changed. Go to Europe and ask people about their perception of Fiats.. They are garbage..

Fiat isn't a fit for Chrysler.. Its just more of: "the blind leading the blind".

More like "the blind leading the otherwise dead."

There weren't any other good solutions for Chrysler and it's a no-lose situation for Fiat.

My first thought was...

American styling, Italian reliability... What's not to like?
