Note my other caveat, namely, an annual income of $2M. That should nicely handle a $300K car. Who needs a big house anyways? A big garage is where it's at.

fuel econ 11/15 observer fuel econ 10 mpg.
Sounds like a mastercard comercial:
Ferrari F599: $322 thousand dolllars
Tank of premium gas: $100
standing acceleration 0-100 mph in 6.8 sec...priceless

Interesting trivia - the Ferrari factory has a glass roof to improve working conditions for the employees and to allow for indoor trees - which help regulate and optimize the humidity inside for casting aluminum.
